Unrealistic Expectations
What ever you do regarding diet and exercise, do not have unrealistic goals. Some people, including myself, go into a mountain of an exercise routine expecting too much way too soon. Always keep in mind that anything worth doing for the benefit of our health will take time and dedication. It is safe to say that you will probably not loose five inches in your waist in only one month unless you are using some seriously unsafe practices. So try to keep your eyes on the notion of being healthy instead of losing 20 pounds in an unreasonable amount of time.
