Stretching Your Inner Thighs
Here’s a great stretch for increasing the flexibility in your legs. Start by sitting on your bottom on the floor. Sit nice and tall with your shoulders back. Bring the bottoms of your feet together and point your knees toward opposite walls. Now bring your heels close to your body. Rest your hands on your feet as you gently press down on your knees with your elbows. Hold for 30 seconds and then slowly straighten your legs.

The Hamstring Stretch
Use this type of stretch to cool down after a long run. You can start by lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet firmly planted on the floor. Now slowly lift your right leg in order to grab your right ankle. Straighten your right leg as much as you can, until it is almost straight above your body. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds. Switch legs and repeat the same stretch on the opposite side.
